Adventure Playground Systems, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defect in materials or workmanship, subject to normal use and installation, for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. All powder coated steel components and perforated steel decks are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 15 years. All rotationally molded and sheet plastic components are warranted against material and workmanship defects for a period of 10 years.

Within 1 year from date of delivery, Adventure Playground Systems, Inc. will repair or replace defective components free of charge. If merchandise was installed by Adventure Playground Systems, Inc. or an authorized agent, such repairs or replacements shall be performed free of charge. If the merchandise was installed by the purchaser, the defective components must be returned to Adventure Playground Systems, Inc. or a service will be charged to cover labor.

All warranties are void on equipment that has been vandalized or where the defects are the result of installation, modification or maintenance not controlled by Adventure Playground Systems, Inc. or an authorized agent.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic items such as scratches, dents, discolorations, weathering, normal wear and tear, or damage due to vandalism.

Adventure Playground Systems, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in designs, materials and price without prior notice. Previous purchasers shall have no recourse to such changes.
